GOODEGG GROWTH FUND I

We're pleased to present you the opportunity to invest alongside us in Goodegg Growth Fund I – a unique multi-asset real estate fund comprising prime multifamily assets in key high demand markets around the country.

All three assets of Goodegg Growth Fund I are already under contract – located in Tucson, Houston, Raleigh respectively.  Each asset has been strategically chosen to maximize the overall fund returns while mitigating risk and providing a hedge against inflation. 

We will provide a return on investment through the performance of the three large multifamily apartment buildings we are acquiring. We will be adding value to all three assets and maximizing net operating income. Distributions will be paid monthly, and we anticipate the hold time to be 3-5 years for these investments. As General Partners we are personally investing $2M in these properties and will be compensated when the assets perform well and after a preferred return is paid to our investors. Goodegg Growth Fund I is open to sophisticated investors only.
